RBS Sempra Metals is a Ring Dealing Member of the LME, a Broker Member of the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX), a member of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and a member of the London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM).
RBS Sempra Metals operates with two associated metals trading businesses:
- RBS Sempra Metals & Concentrates are a global physical metals and concentrates merchant and actively trades copper, lead, and zinc concentrate, copper cathode and blister copper. They also actively engage in mine development through financing and commercial off take, offering a full range of logistical services and risk management to its customers.
- Henry Bath & Son Limited are a leading logistics provider specialising in the storage and shipping of exchange-traded metals and soft commodities around the globe. Henry Bath are incorporated in the United Kingdom and operates in 20 key locations across the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, providing services in warehousing, shipping, transportation and customs clearance. Henry Bath are approved by the LME, the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE), the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and the DGCX to store and issue exchange-traded warrants for commodities including aluminium, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, aluminium alloy, steel billets, cocoa, coffee and plastics.
