Peter Sellars
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Sellars has been in the metals business for about 30 years. He began his career at Engelhard Industries in 1975 and was Managing Director and Head of Commodities Trading at Barclays Bank from 1992 to 2000.

He joined the Sempra Metals Group as Chief Executive Officer of Henry Bath & Son Ltd in July 2002 and is currently a director of Henry Bath as well as Chief Executive Officer of Sempra Metals Limited. He has also served as a board member of the LME and chairman of several of its committees.

Michael Hutchinson
Non-executive Chairman

Mr Hutchinson has more than 30 years experience in non-ferrous metal trading. He joined the Metallgesellschaft group in 1971, became a director of Metallgesellschaft Ltd in 1982 and became Managing Director in 1985. He also served on the boards of various Metallgesellschaft companies.

In 1999 he became Joint Managing Director of MG Plc and remained Chairman and Chief Executive of Metallgesellschaft Ltd (a group company). In 2000 Enron bought MG Plc and in 2002 Sempra Energy acquired the Company and appointed him as President and CEO.

Michael sits on and has chaired various London Metal Exchange (LME) committees and has been a member of the LME's board since April 2005.

David Tregar
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Tregar has been employed by the Group since 1990. Mr Tregar joined Arthur Andersen & Co., London, in 1973 and became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1976 and a Fellow of the Institute in 1981.

Since leaving Arthur Andersen in 1978, he has worked in commodity trading businesses, initially for US brokerage houses and since 1990 for Metallgesellschaft Limited, where he was appointed Finance Director in 1991.

From 1996 to 1999 Mr Tregar was a director of the London Clearing House Limited.

Sid Tipples
Chief Operating Officer

Mr Tipples has been employed by the Group since 2000. Mr Tipples joined KPMG in 1993 and became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1996.

On leaving KPMG in 1997 he worked for a major UK PLC as Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager before joining MG Plc in 2000.

Rahul Saxena
General Counsel

Mr Saxena is qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales, and Ontario, Canada. Prior to joining Sempra Metals, Mr Saxena worked at international law firms in Toronto and London and was Assistant General Counsel at an energy company.

He has over 15 years of experience in financial services regulatory work, energy matters, metals and other commodities trading, and structured transactions.
