Commodity Analyst
This position is responsible and accountable for managing customer enrollment and termination transactions with utilities and markets in assigned region. The primary focus is achieving contractual obligation through data, transaction and exception management.
Integrator/Developer
Designs and writes moderately complex computer programs to handle application customization and application interfaces. Prepares program specifications and system diagrams. Reviews test procedures and makes revisions and refinements to existing programs of an intermediate level of complexity. Assist users with day-to-day problems by troubleshooting moderately complex problems occurring in programs or databases. Maintains communication with users concerning program problems. Discusses designs, which will meet their requirements. Assists users in use of programs and languages.
Credit Risk Analyst
Independently manages an assigned counterparty portfolio by performing collection calls to increase cash flow, minimize payment delinquency and exposure to bad debt losses. Provides support to the company's sales efforts by performing timely credit risk analysis on potential and existing counterparties. At all times exercises discretion and independent judgment in assigned areas of responsibility.
Electricity Portfolio Services Account Manager – San Diego
Acts as SES' liaison with customers who have selected a managed portfolio services approach for electricity commodity procurement. Works with Sales, Structuring, Portfolio Management, Contracts, Operations, Settlements and Billing groups to 1) assure consistent, timely delivery of market and regulatory reports, 2) develop hedging strategies, 3) generate executable documents to implement strategies, 4) provide look back analyses, 5) support the sales team with key customer account services such as price history reporting, and 6) provide analytical support to Sales, customers and management.
